We want you happy with your press kit. Because these are digital products and custom work, refunds work like this:
Building and previewing your EPK is free — you only pay when you're ready to publish. If your very first charge (the $24.99 setup + first month) isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of that first payment and we'll refund it, no hassle. After that, cancel anytime from your dashboard: your site stays live through the end of the period you've already paid for and you won't be charged again. We don't provide partial refunds for a month already started, but there are no long-term commitments.
Custom projects follow the terms in your individual quote/agreement (typically a non-refundable deposit, with the balance tied to milestones).
