Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using EPKITNOW ("we", "us", the "Service"), operated by Quantos Media LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What we provide

EPKITNOW provides website templates ("press kits" / "EPKs") for musicians and related design, build, hosting, and editing services, offered across the tiers described on our pricing page.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You're responsible for your login details and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 (or have a parent/guardian agree on your behalf).

4. Payments, subscriptions & upgrades

One-time tiers (Template, Studio, Done-For-You, Custom) are charged once. Subscriptions (Hosted, Edit Portal) renew automatically until canceled.
Payments are processed by Stripe; by paying you also agree to Stripe's terms.
Prices may change with notice; changes don't affect an active subscription period already paid.
Upgrades: if you move to a higher one-time tier, you pay only the difference between what you've already paid and the new tier.

5. License & what you may NOT do

When you buy a template, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that ONE template for your own artist/band press-kit website. You may not:

Resell, sublicense, redistribute, share, or give away the template files or source code;
Use a template to build sites for third parties as a competing service;
Claim the templates or the EPKITNOW designs as your own.

EPKITNOW retains all rights to the templates, designs, code, and brand.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the text, photos, links, and other content you add. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, display, and process it to provide the Service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or break the law.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service for anything illegal, infringing, hateful, or harmful, and don't attempt to disrupt or abuse it.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription anytime; it stops at the end of the current paid period. See our Refund Policy for refunds.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, EPKITNOW and Quantos Media LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll post the new date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice.
