The short answer

A strong EPK has seven things: a bio, your best music, at least one video, photos, your stats or proof, any press, and a clear contact. Everything else is optional. Here is how to handle each.

1. A tight artist bio

Three to five sentences. Your name, genre, city, what makes you distinct, and one or two real milestones. Write it in the third person like a press blurb.

2. Your best music

One to three songs, strongest first, embedded from Spotify, Apple Music or SoundCloud. Do not upload your whole catalog. Curate.

3. Video

At least one: a live clip, an official video, or a visualizer. Bookers want to see presence, not just hear you.

4. Professional photos

A few high-quality shots. These are what press and promoters pull for flyers and articles, so make them good.

5. Stats and proof

Monthly listeners, streams, saves, notable shows, playlist adds. Whatever you have. If you are early, keep this light and let the music lead.

6. Press and features

Any quotes, reviews, interviews or playlist adds, even from smaller outlets. Social proof matters.

7. A clear contact

One booking email and your socials, above the fold. Make it impossible to miss.
